Welcome to our 4 BR, 3-bathroom townhouse. Attractive laminate wood flooring, vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows create a bright and welcoming space. The open concept layout is perfect for accommodating large groups. The spaced-out bedrooms offer privacy with one bedroom on the main floor, master suite on the top floor, and two more bedrooms in the basement. Our townhouse includes smart TVs, gas grill, wood burning fireplace, outdoor firepit, patio furniture, stocked kitchen and more!
Good to know
Amazing location! A short 0.2 mile walk to the spa, park, Eagle Ridge Resort and restaurant! Less than a 5 minute drive to the owner's club. Our house comes with 6 passes to the Owner's Club where you can find indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, game room, cafe, business center, pickle ball courts, basketball courts and more. There will be a $50 replacement fee for any lost or stolen pass. Peaceful views with a wooded backyard, close to hiking trails! Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the last contains twin bunk beds. The basement bedroom also has a twin trundle bed. The basement contains foosball, board games and books! Relax outside with outdoor seating and a fire pit.
Other Details to Note
Dogs are allowed for a $100 fee. Any waste found will result in an additional $50 fine.
