Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay. Booking party must be age 25+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No Fireworks Please clean up after your pet. There will be a $50 fee if you do not pick up waste. If your pet has an accident indoors, there will be a $150 fee if using the hot tub, you must close the cover when done. Had an amazing stay at Tyler’s cabin with my family. The place was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and made the whole experience even better, especially at night. Tyler was a great host, very responsive, accommodating, and made everything smooth from start to finish. You can tell a lot of thought was put into creating a relaxing and comfortable space. We made some great memories here and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.

Thank you for a great stay..we especially appreciated the extra touches for the children like the high chair, books, and lights on the bunk beds! The kitchen was well stocked and had enough seating for everyone. The location was central and we would love to stay again.

This was our family’s first time at the Pocono’s and we couldn’t have picked a better Airbnb. Tyler has a beautiful house that felt like home and all the amenities that were provided made the stay so easy and accessible. I would highly recommend.
